Maintain a high conversion efficiency in the morning, the evening and during cloudy weather and can out-produce crystalline solar panels by around 10% over the course of a year.
Also, when compared with crystalline solar panels, is less affected by the angle of insolation and maintains a high output even when wall mounted.
The amorphous construction is less affected by temperature than crystalline solar cells and maintains excellent conversion efficiencies even in hot conditions such as summer.
